THE PATH OF

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a process which consists in supporting individuals to identify the most appropriate solutions to the challenges and problems that they are facing in their professional environment. These challenges often require changing the existing dynamics and accurately assessing the new course of action.

Goals definition

The first step of the process is the goals definition, with the formalization of a coaching contract.

Contrary to popular belief, the role of a coach is not to find answers or to provide suggestions to their client, but to create a safe space for them to explore and experiment new options, perspectives and scenarios before acting.

With my support, clients become aware of their resources and talents, identify and overcome their limiting beliefs, widen their perspectives and identify the most appropriate course of action to achieve their coaching goals.

Achieving sustainable change

Solutions and actions to be implemented are identified by each client according to their values and their aspirations, so that change can be sustained over time.

My role as a coach is also to be an ‘accountability partner’, encouraging and supporting the implementation of defined actions, evaluating their impact and identifying any necessary adjustments.

The coaching process ends with a closing session, in which an assessment is made to evaluate the degree of achievement of defined goals and the progress made to date.

“The only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work hard for them”
Michelle Obama

Executive Coaching is for you if:

  • You have a problem to solve in your professional environment
  • You aim at achieving your goals in the medium term (generally six months)
  • What you have tried in the past has not generated the expected results
  • You are looking for a ‘thinking partner’ to generate innovative solutions
  • You want to ensure the sustainability of implemented changes
  • You are open to receive confidential and independent feedback from an individual outside your work environment
  • You need an ‘accountability partner’ to support you in implementing the necessary actions
